The excitement is building and nervous tension is growing. Yes.....The Pinewood Derby is just around the corner. Final tune-ups are taking palce even as we speak. The race this year will take place at Town Center Community Church. Since we are doing weigh in and the race on the same day, Alex Charleston will allow you to weigh your car at the Den Meeting on January 30th. This will not be the official weigh in since you are not checking in you car until Saturday, but should give you the opportuinty to make final adjustments(if needed)before the race.

It's The Boy Scouts of America's Birthday, so come on out and CELEBRATE!!!

Doors open at 5:00 for the 2012 Blue and Goldies. Rumor has it there will be special appearances by an assortment of really famous music type people. It's going to be a rockin' evening of awards and fun so make sure to bring your dancing shoes and a camera along with your Class A uniforms.

What a Great Trip to Raccoon Mountain this past weekend !

Over 4 hours of crawling, squeezing, climbing, sliding and wading from room to room. The pack had a blast getting all muddy, except Mrs Deana who tried to wash a lot of it off :) The 49 cent squeeze saw more takers this time around, as 11 of the 14 twisted and plunged through the 12 inch triangle and drop down into the zombi crawl. This was followed by a night in total darkness in the hall of dreams!

Registration is open for Sleep in the Deep in March. This will be an overnight adventure to remember! We will head up to Chattanooga and spend the evening sleeping alongside the Sharks! The cost is $40 per person and is non-refundable. Siblings under 6 will not be allowed on this trip. We will check-in Friday night as a group, and you will need to eat dinner and be at the Tennessee Aquarium by 7:00. They will provide a snack, behind the scenes tour and continental breakfast Saturday morning. Troop 757 will be joining us this adventure. This is a very popular trip so we had to book it early. And remember no feeding the sharks!
